What we collect when you use this site

If you fill in our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and message you type, plus which of the three audience options you selected. That information is emailed to us and is not stored in a database on this website.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we never combine it with what you send through the contact form.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide services. We use analytics to improve the website and to understand which of our services families and schools are looking for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside Little City Speech except the service providers that operate this website and our email, and only to the extent needed to deliver your message.

Please don’t send clinical details through the form

A web form and ordinary email are not secure channels, and this website is not a patient portal. Please keep your first message general — a sentence about what prompted you to reach out is plenty. We will move the conversation to a phone call, where we can talk properly and privately, before discussing any specifics about a child.

Once your child is a client, their clinical records are protected health information and are handled under the confidentiality rules that apply to our practice. Those records are kept separately from anything on this website.

Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise return visits. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally.

We also store one small preference locally in your browser — whether you prefer the light or dark version of this site. It never leaves your device.

Children

This website is written for parents, caregivers, school staff, and clinicians. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
